Our client, a private hospital in Surrey, is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their Theatres team. The role will be responsible for managing staff and resources within the Anaesthetics team, working with the Theatre Manager to provide high quality, patient centred care for patients and theatre users.
Requirements
- RGN or ODP Qualification
- Recognised post registration course relevant to Theatres
- Evidence of CPD
- Teaching and assessing qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing / Healthcare
- Recognised post registration course relevant to Theatres
- Proven experience of successful team management / change management
- 5 years post registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Anaesthetics at senior level
- Good knowledge of budgeting / financial management.
